的电压敏感染料的膜电位光学标测 ( Optical Mapping & Imaging ) 技术与产品, 位居世界领先地位. 不仅可以多位点、同步测量膜电位的变化,而且可以标测细胞群电活动的传导特性,为研究较小细胞和纤细的神经突起、心律失常等生理活动提供了可能. 由于它可以避免外部电磁场的干扰,因此已成为研究心脏电除颤等机理较为理想的手段.  样品包括离体器官, 离体心脏, 脑切片, 组织切片, 活体体内器官, 体内组织, 细胞群, 也可应用于培养皿中的受测样品. Optical Mapping结合电生理电位讯号与光学影像, 是突破实验的有效利器之一.




























电压敏感染料( Voltage-sensitive Dyes), 是一种能将细胞膜电位变化, 转化成荧光信号变化的荧光染剂.

 

应用范例 : 在无光损伤 ( Photo damaged ) 和 染料的药毒性副作用下, 采用电压敏感染料 ( RH155 ) 多位点光学成像系统可进行多个和成群前庭神经节细胞 (vestibular ganglion cells, VGCs ) VGCs膜电位变化电生理特性.
